ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

To be submitted to the CEMBA Office:

  • 📝 Online Application Form & Data Processing Consent
  • English language test.
  • Original diploma of Master/Bachelor degree.
  • English translation of the diploma (must be translated by a sworn translator).
  • Original transcript (if in Polish, must be translated by the sworn translator).
  • Three reference letters.
  • Documents confirming at least 4 years of professional experience. * For candidates with Bachelor's Degree other than from North America and/or U.K. (4 years full-time), we need a documented 7 years of managerial experience.
  • Admission essay - one pager (400-450 words). Subject to be chosen by the candidate.
  • Statement of career goals in English (cover letter).
  • Resume with the details about education qualifications and working experience.
  • Three photographs (passport size).

💳 Admission Fee

An admission fee of 900 PLN is to be paid after the interview, before sending the candidate's documents to Canada. Please make the payment to the following bank account:

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW WHILE PREPARING THE DOCUMENTS
  • The translations of the documents must be done by a sworn translator.
  • In the case of candidates with degrees from Polish universities, a copy of the student book (indeks) will be treated as an official transcript (copy should include all pages relating to the progress of the studies, exams and credits). The translation of the credit book consists of the English names of all passed subjects together with grades received (zaliczenie = passed).
  • Reference letters may come from: academic tutors, promoters of Degree Thesis, superiors, and major clients. There is no template for reference letters.
  • As for documents confirming at least 4 years of professional experience, the candidate can submit "Świadectwo pracy" (a proof of employment) with the translation in English.
